Processing time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Shipping rates
Free standard shipping on all orders over $50 USD. Orders under $50 are charged a flat rate of $6.99 USD.
Estimated delivery times
- United States: 7–12 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 8–14 business days
- Canada & Australia: 10–15 business days
- Rest of world: 10–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Delays caused by customs, carriers or weather are outside our control.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Customs, duties and taxes
Threever LLC is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or fees applied by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are collected by your local customs authority. Please check your country's import rules before ordering.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery at an additional cost.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, contact us at support@threever.shop with your order number and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
